A number of primary schools in the boroughs of Redbridge and Tower Hamlets are now open to graduate applications for their graduate teaching assistant programme. The graduate teaching assistant programme is designed to for graduates - it’s all about getting you into a school, guiding/supporting you and helping you to progress as a person, worker and team member.

Seeking a graduate teaching assistant who:
• is a good team player;
• will provide a strong level of reliability and commitment to the school;
• will contribute to all aspects of school life;
• has good organisational and communication skills;
• has good literacy and numeracy skills;
• is enthusiastic and committed to helping pupils succeed;

The school offers its graduate teaching assistants:
