Technical Support Engineer needed to join a rapidly growing agile business, supporting the smooth running of their services across all customers. As the Technical Support Engineer, you will join the customer retargeting business continue in its future success/

Responsibilities for the Technical Support Engineer:

* Take ownership of the customer queries and incidents, following through to resolution
* Keeping an eye on the customer environments and having things run smoothly as usual
* Documenting lessons learnt

Required skills:

* Impeccable customer facing skills
* Solid problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and with a time
* Experience with software technical support
* Troubleshooting and analysing log files
* Experienced with Windows (registry, manipulation, installation and command lines)
* Basic scripting knowledge
