Our Client is a well-known fashion brand based in East London. They have a unique opportunity for a CRM manager play a key role in developing a customer-centric culture across the business. This is a brand new role and has huge potential for the correct candidate to grow and progress in their career.

Reporting into the Head of Digital you will be responsible for developing and implementing a CRM strategy for the business. This is a standalone role with the view to eventually build your own team. You will have the autonomy to execute your strategies and run with your ideas as well as educating the rest of the business.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar CRM role and be able to provide examples of making a positive impact on an organisations CRM output. They will have a background in database management, customer segmentation and data cleansing as well as developing customer retention strategies. They will also have a strong knowledge of data protection policy and regulations.
