I am working with a dynamic company in the West London area, in order to add Accounts Assistant their growing, energetic team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing and highly successful construction advertising company. You will play a pivotal role in finance department.

The successful candidate must have the ability to multitask, possess high attention to detail, be self-motivated, confident and an active problem solver.

Duties for the role will include –

* Overseeing purchase ledger
* Coding invoices
* Entering invoices to Sage Line 50
* Processing Payroll
* Reconciliation of supplier accounts
* Chase Trade Debtors
* Prepare Reports
* Basic VAT procedures
* Distributing invoices
* Adhoc duties

This is a exciting role for a experienced accounts assistant who is passionate about accounts. Ideally looking for someone who is immediately available. You will have a can do attitude and have excellent attention to detail. It is preferred if you have used Sage Line 50 (project module).
