Badenoch & Clark are supporting a global organisation based in Surrey to appoint a commercially minded part/newly qualified Financial Analyst.

You will provide financial/commercial analysis and support for leading divisions within this global organisation to maximise growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the budget and planning process
• Business partnering across the organisation in helping to develop and deliver short, medium, and long term strategies
• Supporting in strategic decision making and analysis in all areas of the business
• Design and implement new streamlined management reporting
• Prepare monthly market and competitor analysis and trends
• Liaise on month-end management accounts
• Manipulating large volumes of complex information to identify issues, implications and suggest recommendations to the business.
• Lead, support and assist with ad-hoc projects

You will be

• Studying towards the final stages of a recognised accounting qualification or qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA)
• Strong decision making skills
• Outgoing, persuasive and a confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
• Strong Excel modelling skills
• Ability to present complex information coherently to large audiences
• Proven experience of planning and budgeting with a clear view on how to present the information and make recommendations
• Discrete and trustworthy as required to work with sensitive and confidential information
