Group IT Systems Manager – Leeds / Wakefield – A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a massively growing Managed Service Provider. They are now looking for an experienced Group IT Systems Manager to join their team and take control and management of the Group Systems function and team.

The role:

• Management of Group Systems function and team
• Proactive development of Group Systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Management and coordination of IT support to Group personnel within SLA
• System analysis and development planning to meet strategic requirements
• Create, manage and deliver a vision, roadmap and programme of system enhancements with scope agreed at Board-level.

Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Development and reporting skills in Dynamics, PowerBI, SQL and SSRS
• Systems analysis, planning and integration experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Management and leadership experience.
