This membership orgasniations provides an extensive programme of meetings for professionals and training. This is an evolving post and the post holder will be expected to demonstrate flexibility in taking on new and changing aspects of the role as well as being pro-active in developing aspects of the role. They are currently developing e-learning resources across a range of areas, from web lectures and podcasts to working with other organisations on immersive reality training.

The post holder will provide administrative support to the e-learning programme. They will be a linchpin and pull things together by working closely with various stakeholders including the Events Co-ordinators, Meeting Organisers, Speakers, Dean, Marketing department, Inclusive Digital and the Education Director.

SALARY ETC:

£12,362 per annumThis is a Part-time roleThis is a contract for 9-months, maternity coverHours: 21 hours per week (hours can be worked across ½ days or full days but must include Mondays and Thursdays)Location: Central LondonDUTIES TO INCLUDE:

The post holder will have the opportunity to and be expected to contribute and provide support to the development of e-learning resources.Responsible for administering, ensuring regular reviewing and updating of the agreed process in place for identifying lectures suitable for recording to share with a web based audience.Monitoring the videos mailbox and ensuring emails are actioned the same day.To co-ordinate and oversee the web lecture process and take responsibility for ensuring that the process for identifying web lectures and for recording and uploading them to the website is followed.Ensuring that departmental processes for identifying and gaining consent from speakers and/or patients for web lectures are regularly reviewed and co-ordinators are trained as necessaryWorking with Marketing on regular analysis of statistics on take-up and future predictions on likely take-up.Scheduling regular update/progress and review meetings with the External Production Company, Marketing Department, Director of Education and Associate Dean and taking action notes.Liaising with the Director of Education and Associate Dean on the development of the e-learning programme, ensuring that the necessary administrative support is providedThe post holder will be involved in providing operational administrative support to the Podcast pilot and programme as it develops.REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge / experience fo working in e-learningIT literate, with indepth knowledge of Outlook, Excel and WordStrong amdinistrative and organisational skillsExcellent communication and English skillsMUST be looking for a part-time role and able to commit to the 9-month contract
