German Speaker Looking for Recruitment Opportunity

Salary: 22k-26k Base OTE 35K+ YEAR 1

Location: Central London

My client, a global firm, are looking to expand their central London offices. Ideally they are looking for experienced recruiters but will also look at fresh German speakers who are looking to have a career in the recruitment sector. My client has offices in Munich and Boston as well as their brand new offices in London. The company over the last 5 years have seen huge growth and are now investing into hiring fresh faced people to come into their company and go straight into their award winning training process. The company prides itself on how they can train their new hires into becoming the best in the business and ultimately promote from within.

As a German Speaking Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be researching leads for candidates and clients, and cold/warm calling these to initiate relationships. You will meet with clients and candidates regularly, at your office and across the City. You will organise interviews and manage candidates through this process, as well as mediating between clients and negotiating contracts. You will be responsible for generating new business and having a strategy for this. A lot of the role is client facing so you have to be confident in meeting new people and be able to engage with directors of companies.

Preferably, you would also have experience in sales. Whether you have done cold-calling, worked in a call-centre, business development, B2B, Telesales, fundraising, promotion or door-to-door sales.
