Business Support Coordinator



£25,000- £30,000 + fantastic company benefits

A rapidly expanding financial services company is looking to hire a Business Support Coordinator to join their business. This is a fast paced and varied role that will involve supporting the sales team with administration, providing PA support to the MD, producing MI reports and undertaking projects as and when required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong administrative experience ideally gained within legal or financial to join a growing company where there is long term scope for progression.

Your duties will include:

* Processing applications to completion, liaising with lenders and solicitors
* Various administrative duties to support the wider team
* PA support to the MD and CEO
* Reconciliation of fees due
* Assisting with adhoc projects as and when required
* Producing MI reports

To be considered for this role, you will have strong administration experience gained within a legal or professional services environment. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to maintain strong relationships. The following skills and experience is also required:

* Experience working in a varied, fast paced administration role
* Experience of working with a CRM system ideally Intelligent Office
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* High attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Highly organised
* Relationship management experience
