A business that provides comprehensive technology solutions to the Built Environment, helping Construction and Architectural firms do the best job they can, is currently on the hunt for a Sales Manager. This role has the responsibility of looking after 8 internal/field product sales people who are engaged in selling a cross section of their portfolio, ranging from e-invoicing and Procurements modules, Construction ERP and a Facilities Management solutions. Whilst Built Environment experience is not a prerequisite, it is important you have a deep understanding of how to manage a sales teams performance via KPI management and assisting with account planning. JOB TITLE: Sales Manager
LOCATION: Office based, UK wide patch - Tuesday morning for sales meeting
PACKAGE: up to £60k, £90 OTE, Pension, Healthcare and other benefits

Has previously managed a small team of internal and field sales heads
Experience of managing KPIs of a small team along with account planning
Could come from either Technology or Commercials space
Operates with and can articulate a clear sales process
Can prospect c-level executives in a credible and professional manner
Enjoys working in a work hard / Play hard environment


Engaged in selling a whole suite of Construction focused software solutions

Operating in a Sales leadership role, looking after 8 internal/field product sales heads

Role has a UK wide remit

Working for the number 1 player in the Built Environment software space

Office daily role
