Role Responsibilities
As Key Account Manager you will oversee all cleaning services within 4 high-end Corporate sites in London.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in a brand new contract for Churchill, where you will play a key role in ensuring all contractual KPI’s that are set by the client are achieved, delivered and maintained. The role of Key Account Manager will help to establish standards and develop a team of four managers and a team of 80 through training and regular audits.
You will be a confident self-starter, delivering quality, consistency and innovation.

The Ideal Candidate
* Previous management experience, ideally within a client facing, corporate contract delivering a 5 star level of service. * Strong Organisational and Operational skills * Formal management training would be helpful to include: Planning, organising, management styles, handling poor performers, and training, motivational management, problem solving decision making, appraisals, time management discipline and grievance handling. * Proven management experience within a multi-site environment. * Proven track records of performance growth within a previous role. * People Management experience. * Knowledge of IT, Microsoft Office and email * Able to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment, able to use time proactively to ensure that potential problems do not surface
