Our client, a highly successful organisation based in Mid Kent is seeking an HR & Training Coordinator to join them on a contractual basis to cover maternity leave. Duties will include:

- Developing and building good working relationships with internal customers and external training providers
- Ensuring all authorised training is planned, delivered, evaluated and recorded effectively
- Assisting in the management of team administration i.e. recruitment, new starters, changing terms and conditions

This role will focus heavily on training, with a proportion of your time being spent on giving generalist support. The ideal candidate will be part CIPD qualified and have experience in working within engineering or construction. You will have good knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and excellent organisational skills.
