2nd Line Engineer; Surrey; £27-30k

Primary role will be to liaise with Service Desk Team Leader as part of the Service Desk Support team. You will provide end-user support over the telephone, remotely, via email and face-to-face and have at least 4 years' IT experience.

Delivering support on the following:
·Install, update, maintain and support Windows OS - 7 / 10 / operating systems
·Diagnosing and solving hardware faults
·Hardware and part replacements
·Install, update, maintain and support various software from different vendors ie. MS Office, AutoCad, McAfee Anti-virus, etc
·Microsoft System Configuration Manager knowledge to push out images, software, updates, etc to computers.
·General knowledge of Exchange 2016 and Office365.

·Resolve connectivity issues in offices and onsite
·Understanding of TCP/IP Networking/Ethernet

ØTelephony – Avaya & Mitel Systems
·Setup, patch and troubleshoot Avaya VOIP phones
·Setup, patch and troubleshoot Mitel VoIP phones
·Logging support calls with Avaya & Mitel

ØCopiers and Printing Peripherals
·Install configure printers in office and sites
·Repairing, replacing assembling parts as require
·Configuration and support of printers

ØMobiles, network Wi-Fi devices and Tablets
·Setup, test, maintain and support 3G/4G dongles
·Setup, test, maintain and support Windows, Android, IPhone and Blackberry phones
·Setup, test, maintain and support Win8, Android tablets and IPads

ØHelp Desk Administration
·Primary role will be to work and liaise with the Service Desk Team Leader as part of the Service Desk support team.
·Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of all IT equipment
·Monitoring anti-virus, spam, etc

ØWaste Management
·Collect and dispose all empty ink and waste toner cartridges
·Collect and dispose all faulty computer equipment

·Lends expertise to internal teams.
·Ensure cover for IT Support staff.

·Office moves
·Expected to do occasional weekend work
