Client Relationship Manager

Role Summary

A Client Relationship Manager (CRM) should have specialist knowledge of the pensions industry and additionally have an excellent working knowledge of the areas of Healthcare, Group Risk, Flexible Benefits, BenPal and the employee benefits market.

The CRM will be responsible for a portfolio of clients from which income should be generated to meet and exceed agreed income budget targets. In addition the CRM will generate business opportunities for specialists within the other Benefit Solutions businesses. The CRM is responsible for ensuring that all business for which he/she is responsible meets the quality standards as required by the Company.

Key responsibilities

* Management of client portfolios to provide excellent customer service and maximise business opportunities around all of the core services within JLT Employee Benefits.
* For all clients agreed, create a Client Development Plan that identifies potential for EBS services, identifies client objectives and enables advice to be given which meets identified client needs.
* Preparation of compliant reports, recommendations and assimilation of necessary support materials. The ideal candidate should communicate these effectively, both verbally and in writing to the portfolio of clients.
* Co-ordinate delivery for all benefits to the employer (for BenPal clients, includes managing benefit specification); includes monitoring the specialists.
* Ensure at all times that business transacted/advice given is in strict accordance with the rules and spirit of the Company’s Compliance, T&C and business instruction manuals.
* Retain all clients.

Skills required

* Financial Planning Certificate or equivalent
* Corporate IFA/relevant industry experience.
