New Business Sales Executives – IT Managed Services (Nationwide)

Salary: Basic up to £70k OTE £140k Uncapped

Location: Nationwide/London

Our Client is a looking for exceptional New Business Sales Executives to join their growing and hugely successful Managed Services sales team to help continue to grow their existing client base and deliver first class IT solutions across a variety of verticals. Their ambition is to be the supplier of choice within the MSP market, their range of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services allow them to develop hybrid solutions assisting their clients and partners to be flexible when dealing with the forever changing IT landscape.

The role requires individuals who are capable of quickly gaining sound product and company knowledge to penetrate new organisations further developing their already excellent and proven sales acumen. They will lead from the front generating new prospects, conducting high level business presentations closing deals of various sizes and complexity with deal sizes ranging from £100k to £1m. Their target markets cover Education, Finance, Insurance, hospitality, retail and utilities to name a few with a strong focus on SME/Mid-market but also large-scale organisations.


• Develop business relationships with new and existing customers
• Proactively generate leads and work with internal sales teams to close opportunities
• Construct and deliver account plans for new and key accounts
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the full sales cycle ensuring that targets and expectations are met
• Updating the companies CRM in line with the sales process
• Provide accurate monthly forecasting, reports and statistics as required

Person Specification:

• A proven track record in MSP sales ideally with cloud, connectivity/comms & security
• Target and results focused with a desire to succeed
• Motivated, confident with a positive outlook
• Ability to work independently but be part of a wider team
• Strong commercial acumen with entrepreneurial skills and adaptability
• High standard of presentation and organisation
• Articulate and the ability to build strong new and existing relationships

This is a UK wide role, therefore successful applicants must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously however will be supported throughout the sales cycle by their technical teams, marketing departments and senior stakeholders to ensure that they have all the tools to succeed from the moment they start.
