We are currently looking for a Digital Account Manager to join a leading Digital Marketing Agency, based in Northampton.

* · Salary - £22,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience
* · Hours of Work – Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm.
* · Benefits – 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, healthcare plan after 6 months service, comprehensive training, pension scheme, free on site parking.

You will manage the digital marketing and ecommerce growth programmes for a diverse range of companies through applying your knowledge and experience including knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics to ensure optimum client satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities –

* · Managing a portfolio of diverse client accounts.

* Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of AIDA, USP, ASA, FAB, TOC ensuring that the delivery team include these factors within your projects.

* · Maintain a high awareness of the market forces, sales opportunities, competitor performances and trade issues.
* · Ascertain the clients acquisition cost and set accurate targets.
* · Meet with clients and formulate new strategies to increase conversion rates.
* · Check all clients web sales daily.
* · Update clients with task completion dates.
* · Identify key strategies to upsell to current clients.
* · Achieve and retain Google Adwords & Analytics qualified status.
* · Compile weekly client reports where applicable.

Essential Skills/Criteria –

* · Experience and knowledge of SEO, email marketing and social media.
* · Have a Google Analytics qualification.
* · Experience of working within Digital Marketing.
* · Previous account management experience desirable but not essential.
* · Technical capabilities within Digital marketing
