Experienced CCTV, Intruder Service Engineers required to join a leading Nationwide Security client in Essex and Surrey .
This opportunity is offering a competitive basic salary plus overtime/on call rates plus vehicle laptop.
Role Objectives: Service
• To attend & undertake periodic maintenance of Security Systems and reactive call outs.
• The successful candidates will attend sites and undertake periodic maintenance of security alarm and detection systems and carry out necessary fault finding on client sites.
• First time fix mentality and metholodgy
• To meet predefined target times for periodic inspections and SLA’s
• Clear and concise communication with the service desk regarding customer issues
• All paperwork/electronic reporting to the service desk carried out promptly
• To present a professional appearance at all times.
Responsibilities:
• The successful candidates will attend sites and undertake periodic maintenance of security alarm and detection systems and carry out necessary fault finding on client sites.
• To meet predefined target times for periodic inspections
• Clear and concise communication with the service desk regarding customer issues
• All paperwork/electronic reporting to the service desk carried out promptly
• To present a professional appearance at all times.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications/ Experience:
•Experience in Servicing Security Alarm Systems, CCTV , Access
•Hold current qualifications or have relevant experience in Security Alarm Systems.
•Full UK Driving Licence
Knowledge:
•Knowledge of Intruder, IP CCTV & Access Control systems
•VMS platform knowledge would be advantagious
•Understanding of Project Delivery
•Current standards .
Personal Qualities and Behaviours:
•Good timekeeping
•Customer orientated
•Good communication skills
•Ability to work as part of a team
•Effective verbal and written skills
•Computer literate
