An award winning agency based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre is searching for a an experienced recruitment consultant to manage and grow an established education desk
The recruitment consultant role:
  • Manage and build strong relationships with clients and candidates within educational establishments.
  • Service client requirements through offering the best staff on the market
  • Attract new candidates through referrals, headhunting and building strong relationships with educational staff
  • Analyse account knowledge to forecast revenue targets.
  • Interviewing potential candidates to fit the client requirements
  • Attract new business from new potential clients
The ideal recruitment consultant will have:
  • A minimum of one years experience in recruitment consultancy ideally in the education market.
  • Great communication skills -verbal and written
  • A good energy and attitude to succeed
  • Good team player
  • Able to delver in a highly competitive market place.
