This opportunity is a fantastic way for graduates to get their foot on the first rung of the career ladder and gain valuable classroom experience too. We offer outstanding support to our candidates and those selected will attend a Specialist Teaching Support preparation training course paid for by CER Education. This role is great way for drama graduates to showcase their talents and creativity in a primary school setting.

About the role:

You will be required to:

Offer 1:1 numeracy support and specialist intervention to EYFS/KS1/KS2 primary pupils

Learn how to deliver the national curriculum

Use your unique skills to enhance pupil engagement

Manage behaviour and build pupil confidence

Effective planning and preparation

Understand Safeguarding and Welfare
