The Digital Delivery team at Travis Perkins work alongside our 27 businesses to develop innovative and enjoyable experiences for our customers. We are now looking for a number of Product Owners to be be instrumental and empowered to lead within the delivery team and be responsible for the success of the digital products we build by creating, ordering and validating the Divisional list of work to be performed and creating an ambitious product vision and roadmap for the digital products they are creating.

We’ll need you to:

Own the multi discipline product roadmaps, managing dependencies and leveraging functionality or knowledge from other products and programmes to ensure we deliver on time, in budget and meet expectations

Be responsible for championing the customers needs while partnering with the business and technology to break complex problems down into achievable initiatives.

Governing the workstream product backlog (prioritised list of user stories) and communicate release plans to ensure the business is clear on our deliverables and progress.

Advocate principles of Agile development and continuous improvement

Accountable for defining objectives for and measuring benefits for your prioritised initiatives to ensure we deliver world class digital experiences for our customers and drive value for the business

You’ll be someone who is:

Experienced in delivering digital product solutions for a customer focused business

Experienced working with Senior Stakeholders in a product centric business

Experienced in defining, shaping, leading and facilitating end-to-end business product transformations and optimising

Understanding of the technical architecture of complex web applications.

A clear communicator able to articulate complicated concepts through various mediums

Capable of working across multiple delivery streams on complicated customer facing journeys

We’re happy if you have:

Customer Centric toolkit, comfortable with leading on customer insight projects and customer centric workstreams and a knowledge of key technology (Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience Platforms, Product Information Management, Content Management Customer Information Management, and Online web based services)

Experience of using Jira, Google Suite and proficient in Agile.
