A fantastic independent prep school in Kent is seeking a Head of KS1 for September 2018. This is a full time and permanent role.

The Head is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join the school’s management team and take up the post of Head of KS1. The post-holder will lead and manage the academic and pastoral life of the school as well as playing a crucial role in whole-school strategy and development. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional, an excellent classroom practitioner with very good knowledge of teaching and learning. You will teach a KS1 class on a reduced timetable. It is also hoped that the appointee will make a full contribution to the life of this busy independent prep school.
