Our client is world leading accountancy and business consulting firm based in central London and is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its already successful team.

Job Description Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with an experienced and diverse background as a MarketingManager working with our clients specialist Financial Service team, who has the confidence and abilities to drive the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for this market, and to build new business opportunities on a One-Firm basis. Having a financial services or professional service background will be highly beneficial as this role encompasses a variety of exciting functions specific to this market.

They are looking for someone with considerable marketing and business development experience who will be able to demonstrate a track record of developing and implementing strategic marketing plans resulting in measureable commercial success. Stakeholder management is essential as are strong communication and project management skills. Our client is looking for candidates to also demonstrate experience in new lead generation implementing collaborative and innovative ideas. A marketing qualification such as CIM Post-Graduate Diploma (or equivalent) would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities will include:

•To have a sound knowledge of the financial performance and objectives, market position, target audience and related market dynamics.
•Works directly with key partners/ stakeholders and BD Manager to develop the marketing strategy, recommending and gaining commitment to where marketing investment should be focused to generate maximum output.
•Project manages the implementation of campaigns, adapting to the relevant markets, and applying the highest production standards.
•Uses the most effective combination of marketing channels for each campaign or initiative, to generate best results.
•Creates and manages relevant third party relationships/ strategic partners - e.g. research agencies, media organisations.
•Where required, represents the firm at London or national marketing/networking events.
•Identifies and advises seniors of opportunities for new business or cross-selling.
•Provides strategic support to the various specialisms/ teams within the sector.
•Reviews relevant client satisfaction reports to build understanding of issues or opportunities.
•Works collaboratively across all areas within the team to maximise our contribution to the firm and to clients.
•Demonstrates commercial benefits from activities
- monitors and measures impact of all marketing activity delivered to internal and external market place
- analyses and evaluates results of above using both qualitative and quantitative tools
- provides regular reports as required
