This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our growing UK and Ireland digital team, and further develop the organisation’s digital expertise. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will execute and further develop the conversion strategy for our Direct brand and products (travel insurance, car warranty and breakdown services) and for a range of B2B clients. Working closely with the rest of the digital team (acquisition and retention) and our in-house creative department, to ensure that you not only achieve your personal targets but also contribute to the achievement of the overall department targets, your main focus will be to manage and further optimise our E-commerce websites. You'll be confident using web analytics to identify areas that will improve the online Customer Experience, whilst increasing online sales, conversion rates and enhancing the customer journey. Responsibilities:Your key responsibilities will be:Conversion Rate Optimisation, Content Strategy, Social Media and SEO•Develop marketing plans and strategies that identify tactics to increase conversions rates at each stage of the customer journey. •Manage our direct brand website, as well as multiple client websites.•Commission and publish travel and automotive content on our own brand website as well on our B-partners, ensuring all written content is optimised for search, following the best practices on SEO, creating and maintaining the SEO strategy. •Execute on going multivariate and A/B tests on websites and landing pages.•Conduct user research, surveys and user testing across desktop, mobile web and mobile Apps.•Continually asses all websites for usability, accessibility and User Experience, improving and optimising the online quote engine/funnel.•Assist on projects involving the launch of new digital products and client websites.•Create monthly online conversion reports and SEO reports.•Confidently bring new ideas to the table and stay up to date on emerging digital trends.•Social Media: Work on the content of the posts for our Facebook pages and Twitter profiles in line with the content strategy.What can you expects of usBesides competitive pay and benefits, you will have the freedom to explore new things in a team where knowledge is shared openly. We are also committed to investing in your professional development through training and mentoring.Qualifications:EVIDENCE OF EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:EDUCATION/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS:•You will be educated to A-level standard, have a degree and/or experience in digital / direct marketing•Fluency in written and verbal English SPECIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE•Online copy writing, including an understanding of organic search copywriting techniques •Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) onsite and offsite•Digital marketing and e-commerce disciplines •Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation principles and best practices•Understanding of UX, usability and accessibility •Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) – Ideally Adobe Experience Manager •A/B Split Testing •Good knowledge of web analytics - Google Analytics. •Understanding of basic HTMLPERSON•Excellent attention to detail & consistently achieving work of a high quality •Strong focus on customer needs •Flexible/ adaptable in order to deal with a varied workload and to deadlines•Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
