My client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of pumping systems for the residential, commercial and industrial sectors is currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales adviser to join the team due to expansion. They've recently relocated to Colchester, and they're in need of somebody with experience in selling pumping systems.

Position summary -

Internal Sales Administrator is part of a busy Internal Sales team. He/she consults, advises and cooperates with his/her team and reports to Operations Manager Internal & After Sales.

Duties & responsibilities -

Providing a high level Customer Service to the UK and Irish markets;

Sizing products for Customers application requirements;

Providing quotations, following up the quotations and negotiating to win the orders;

Working closely with our External Account Managers following monthly sales targets by providing Internal Customer Service support to the Customers in their dedicated areas;

Following area sales statistics and providing regular reports;

Providing job satisfaction working closely with the External Account Manager and Customers to achieve their monthly sales

Processing and following your Customer order requirements in close detail;

Providing order progress and sales telephone support;


Proficient in English, both written and spoken;
Work structured, precise and correct;
Communicative and a highly service orientated;
Proactive in coping with existing or new activities;
Identify customer needs and promote sales;
Flexible, committed, open and high team ability;
Experience with MS Office programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word;
Experience with ERP systems;
Enthusiasm to learn technical aspects of our extensive product range;

Product training will be provided
