Job Title: International Trading Manager
Reports to: Sales Director and Trading & Buying Director
Responsible for: Sales, Margin & Cash Collection within International Wholesalers Business Unit
Location: North Lincolnshire/ South Humberside
Contract Type: Full Time & Permanent
Salary: Competitive base salary and uncapped bonus, car allowance, healthcare

Overall Purpose:

To deliver incremental sales revenue, profit margin and cash contribution to the Company through effective selling, customer management and relationship building within the international wholesale channel of the business.

Main Duties:

Broadly - Working within a defined team to build a sustainable trading portfolio by seeking out select key partners, building clear trading plans and strategies and delivering sustainable forward partnerships - within defined parameters, clear and acceptable commercial returns.

Quarterly - Achievement of agreed revenue and margin/mix targets for both existing and new customers. Providing an accurate rolling 13 week forecast to the business. Input of territorial intelligence build for the team’s strategic plan.

Monthly - Clean down to zero on all outstanding cash collections and debts including claims. Full P&L responsibility and sign off.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Building the businesses brand within the industry as well as creating a mental wealth bank of key competition understanding, customer base opportunities and maintaining a strong overall strategic picture of the international wholesale market place.
- Specifically, to ensure that the businesses retail division are consistently appraised of rival supply threats as well as new customer opportunities.
- Zero tolerance on grey trading.
- Global travel as appropriate.
- Ongoing liaison with the trading Director to ensure the business is aware of all buying opportunities as well as trading sensitivities (brand owners).
