Customer Management Resourcing (CMR) is a boutique recruitment consultancy that specialise in mid & executive level roles within 'Customer Management'. This includes all management or analytical roles surrounding Contact Centres, Customer Experience & A.I.

We are proud to be working with a leading, well established organisation based in London. They play a key part in helping shape some of the most exciting, diverse and dynamic regions in the country, predominantly in the South East of England.

Due to growth several positions have arisen aimed at driving change and delivery of services to customers. The role will involve delivering a range of high quality products supporting new customer service processes and an agreed technical roadmap.

You will be responsible for ensuring the business is ‘Digital- Ready’ translating user requirements into user stories, working closely with an Agile Delivery, development and architectural teams and contribute to the overall direction of assigned products.

Key Responsibilities;

·Manage all stages of the Product Development lifecycle.

·Develop a clear product strategy and roadmap to ensure the business is ‘Digital Ready’, work closely with Senior members of the team and wider architectural team to ensure business needs are in line with roadmaps.

·Ensure that business requirements, the customer and customer experience at the heart of the process.

·Maintain the product backlog, ensure that the user stories capture the product features.

·Promote the products and manage key internal/external relationships to ensure use and manage deployment and user uptake.

Experience Required;

·Experience of working within a product delivery environment.

·Ability to create a digital roadmap and develop products within.

·Knowledge of working in a software development environment, particularly Agile

·The ability to gather detailed understanding of business processes and systems.

·Strong engagement skills

·Well-developed problem-solving skills and an analytical mind-set

·The ability to self-manage goals, targets and outputs

·A sound grasp of project management techniques.
