To work with customers in a proactive manner to enhance their life skills and self image that will enable personal growth towards independence.
You will be working as part of the team under the direction of the service leader to deliver specific support to customers facing homelessness, within the remit of supporting people requirements. This may include: weekends, evenings, Sleep in and waking night’s shifts on a rota basis and you will be required to work across services in a floating support model.

Key Responsibilities:
• To successfully support our homeless customer group, with the emphasis on building trust and creating stability, moving on from hub to spoke to community.
• To work in partnership to realise goals and aspirations by delivering services that enhances life choices and promotes independence in a flexible way.
• To enhance the service team by expanding the role through personal development and learning to bring a professional, knowledgeable contribution to the service.
• To ensure that the organisations values are adhered to and evidenced continually through supervision and performance reviews.
• To actively promote the ethos and values of the charity.

Working 37.5 hours per week
