Fluent Spanish speaking Internal Sales / Project Coordinator required for exciting opportunity with global leader in design and manufacturer of packaging related machinery for food industry. Supplying 90% of worlds leading food manufacturers they have an excellent reputation for quality and innovation.

Working from the European, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Head quarters you will be a key member of the team providing support to regional agents/distributors principally through the timely and accurate processing of enquiries, quotes and order information but also through measuring their effectiveness. I have worked with the company for over 10 years, they have a fantastic supportive and collaborative working environment. With ambitious plans to double the size of the business in the next 5 years it is an exciting time to join the team.

We are looking for a fluent Spanish speaking person with experience in a sales support / internal sales or project role, there will be lots of opportunity for travel to Spain to support distributors, you will receive full and ongoing product training.

As Internal Sales / Project Coordinator you will be the central contact, based in the UK HQ, and to liaise with all departments at all levels in order to influence and action sales requirements. .

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work with the Distributor to drive growth as per the company objective
- Support agents/distributors by managing technical enquiries, organising trials, demonstrations, and other sales related activities
- Production of high quality quotes and costing sheets for equipment
- Proactive and supportive teamwork with project managers for production of project quotations
- Liaising with various departments such as design, production, purchasing and finance
- Regular communication with external customers
- Ensuring completeness of the end to end commercial process of order information from both customers, salesmen, agents/distributors and project managers, for submission to the Order Co-ordination team
- Close and timely liaison with Order Co-ordination team as a result of customer or engineering queries
- Working with Order Co-ordination team to ensure that orders are delivered right first time (RFT) and on time
