Our Kings Hill based client are looking to recruit and experienced Contracts Manager to review, renegotiate and amend contracts within the business. This will be for an initial 4 month contract basis.

In this role you will be supporting the Procurement and Contracts Manager by drafting and managing data processing agreements and general contract management. The Contract Manager will be responsible for drafting amendments and liaising with suppliers to ensure that amendments are incorporated into existing contractual arrangements. As part of the role the contract Manager will responsible for new contracts and contract sign offs.

Your duties will include:

* Draft amendment and completing the necessary contract sign off
* Constant liaison with suppliers to ensure timely signing of amendment including but not limited to negotiating key terms of the contract
* Providing assistance with other contract renewal or on boarding supplier in terms contract negotiations and contract sign off

You will have:

* Proven experience of amending and drafting amendment to contracts and managing contracts and suppliers
* Procurement and supplier management experience
* Proven experience of a similar role in a business environment
* commercial contracts and contract management experience
* MCIPS or working towards full membership
* Knowledge of the GDPR and IT
* Excellent communication skills
