Trainee Project Coordinator (TPS)

Position: Project Co-ordinator (TPS)
Location: Cambridge (Commutable from Newmarket, Biggleswade, Bishop’s Stortford and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum + benefits

About the role:

Project Management is a fundamental part of every organisation and especially so when the business is producing cutting edge software like AVEVA. The Training Product Support (TPS) team have a variety of projects that vary in size and scope; ranging from maintenance releases for existing products to the development of major new releases and innovative new technologies. Our Project Co-ordinator role sits in the TPS team and is an opportunity for someone to take their first steps into a project role, with experience provided within the planning and co-ordinating stages of a variety of projects.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have experience working with software, ideally within helpdesk or IT support environment. You will be used to working in a role that is highly collaborative, you will be comfortable presenting and participating in meetings in person and over video conference.

The TPS team is based globally, so you will have experience working with remote teams and diverse stakeholders. If you have previously used MS Project before it would be an advantage, but we can provide system training where needed.
