Technical Support Team Leader, £22K to £28K, West Midlands

Our multi-award-winning, market-leading software house client has a vacancy for a Technical Support Team Leader.

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the Customer Services Team consists of Technical Client Managers, Support Analysts, Data Analysts and Team Leaders. The Customer Service function is responsible for managing customer relationships, providing customer support to a high standard within defined service level agreements and quality standards whilst managing customer issues through to resolution, the management of regular service pack and project releases, as well as internal support management.

As a Customer Support Team Leader, you must constantly seek to improve all areas of service and support. You will play a significant role in customer retention and satisfaction, as well as the overall company strategy whilst supporting, coaching, mentoring and developing your service team.

• GCSE A-C or equivalent in Maths & English
• IT-related qualifications would be an advantage
