My client is a global leading, award-winning Fintech business based in the centre of London with offices all over the globe. They are looking for a marketing operations professional with experience running a high performing marketing operations team, and ideally a background in Marketing Automation, CRM and systems & data integration.

Reporting to the Director of Web & Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for marketing-related reporting and analytics, roadmap development; data management and marketing skills development. You will also collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure adherence to the content strategy.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Responsible for constructing key marketing reporting mechanisms, including dashboards and reports
- Responsible for marketing process leadership, working in conjunction with impacted marketing and sales functions
- Responsible for marketing technology infrastructure ownership, including collaboration with IT, sales and other functions as needed.
- Create data audit programs, system integration programs, and other essential programs necessary for supporting marketing functions and databases.
- Responsible for marketing data ownership/management.
- Help operationalise marketing program processes to support the efficient development and standardised measurement of demand-gen campaigns.
- Maintain general systems housekeeping standards for marketing systems such as managing, auditing, and overseeing directory folder structures and asset naming consistency.
- Responsible for technical design activities to support business requests and work closely with teams to define, plus implement new systems and product features
- Responsible for managing the underlying data inputs / structures that impact the Marketing Automation systems in order to scale and perform reliably; Implement programs to populate/cleanse data fields as needed
- Advise on best practices and provide guidance, training and expertise to functional marketing team members

Skills/Attributes
- Must have practical content marketing experience in digital channels
- Previous Project Management experience, ideally in a digital / creative environment
- A passion for technology and technology products would be an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, relevant project management qualification
- Experience working with stakeholders
- Experience working with agile methodologies is beneficial
- Experience managing in-house and third-party teams for systems implementation and integration
- Able to manage multiple projects to tight timescales
- Excellent native English language skills (spoken and written), other languages a plus
