Bouygues Energies & Services has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance Co-ordinator to join our facilities management team at our site in Edmonton. This is a full-time permanent role working 40hrs p/week, 8am-5pm.

The Role:

• To ensure statutory and mandatory compliance records kept up to date in line with legislation and policy
• To develop and maintain a record management documentation system and implement the corporate integrated management system
• Responsible for delivering safety management in line with QSE policies
• To collate and manage Hard FM maintenance and reactive compliance information and operational records in electronic and hard copy as required by the Corporate Management System
• Assist with running and updating regular reports and any ad-hoc reports as needed
• To collaborate with both colleagues and clients to deal with queries relating to compliance
• To liaise with, and support the National Compliance Manager
• To provide general administrative support across the contract
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08.00-17.00

The person:

• Experience of working within building services essential; engineering qualification desirable
• Must have technical administration experience
• Strong IT skills including Maximo
• Will be a good communicator with the ability to liaise with colleagues and clients
• Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills
• Good attention to detail critical
• Team player
