  • Provide audio and copy typing support via digital dictation
  • Answering, taking and forwarding messages as appropriate
  • Communicating with clients, Counsel and other external bodies
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date filing system
  • Diary management
  • Routine administrative tasks such as photocopying and daily post duties
  • Preparing files for court
  • Ensure appropriate levels of stationary and equipment are ordered, maintained etc
  • Help support the general running for the office

Required skills

  • Previous secretarial experience within a law firm is preferable
  • Attention to detail
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working within a team environment and supporting others

The successful candidate bust be hard working and committed. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be proficient in all Microsoft office applications.
