The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Communications/CRM Marketing position to join one of the most exciting tech start-ups within Cardiff. If you have a passion for the customer journey and or tech/innovation then don’t let this opportunity pass you by!

Responsibilities

·Explore and propose the best ways to proactively approach our customers

·To manage various campaigns from cradle or grave

·Analyse the results to optimize and understand the customer journey and improve conversion rates of both new and fully invested customers

·Work to analyse and minimise the number of customers that drop off during the initial registration process

·Keeping up-to-date with new products, platforms, competitor analysis and industry trends

·Use analytics and CRO to adjust the approach to the CRM system and identify cross-selling opportunities

Experience

·At least 2-3 years working in CRM

·Highly skilled/ expert level experience of working with CRM systems and improving the customer journey

·Can demonstrate a strong ROI from acquisition through to conversion and retention

·Experience of compliance processes; financial promotions regulation; and advertising codes of practice (desirable)

·CIM or IDM Marketing (desirable)
