Group Accounts Assistant required to join a growing business based in Babraham South of Cambridge.

This position could be full or part time but candidates must be experienced within a finance function. The successful candidate will be working within a team of three and be responsible for the following duties;

-Processing Purchase Ledger
-Processing Sales Ledger
-EU VAT returns
-Processing expenses
-Bank reconciliation's
-Processing and managing Payroll and Pensions
-Intercompany transactions
-Covering other members of the team

The role has the opportunity to grow and be involved in more month end and senior duties as the company develops. This position would consider supporting AAT but candidates must be able to carry out the majority of the duties above.

Any previous experience of Xero would be an advantage and a competent level of Excel required. The successful candidate will have a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to support the other members of the team. Attention to detail is key as there will be lots of intercompany activity
