We have some exciting Customer Relations Administrator roles due to start in April & May for a leading third party mortgage service provider based in Doxford Park, Sunderland.

We are looking for Customer Relations Administrators to effectively process data and administration for teams within a busy department.

Skills Required:

• Excellent PC skills as you will be required to navigate between the systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to adhere to set guidelines and procedures.

Do you need experience for this role?

Although administrative experience would be a bonus, it’s not an essential requirement. As long as you have the above skills then we’d love to hear from you!

These roles are full time fixed term contracts for 6 months with potential for extension.

The starting salary will be £14115 per annum and the working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm and 9am – 5pm so your weekends will always be free for you to enjoy!

As this role is within financial services, you must be able to pass a credit check and be able to provide satisfactory references.
