Our client a leading provider of multi-channel (email, SMS, automated voice) communication solutions currently seek a Customer Success Manager to join their team to be the primary contact for customers. This is a fantastic role with lots of customer interaction with potential progress into sales or Professional Services.

- Be a SME in in the Solution and become a trusted advisor to clients
- Lead regular account reviews evaluate solution against KPI's look for opportunities for expansion and growth alongside sales.
- Analyse customer progress to stated goals and KPIs educate customers to unlock the value of the solution
- Provide Training and Support
- Maintain client satisfaction look for positive Net Promoter Score
- Be an esculation point when required connecting customers to the right people ensuring timely resolution
- Build relationships across the business to help achieve goals around sales and retention

Key skills

- Commecially Savvy, with either experience of or very relevent experience to being an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager for COTS / SAAS / Hosted Software solutions
- Telecommunications, Financial Services or Digital solutions domain background
- Analystical - abile to understand, manipulate and present data to clients
- Experience of working with software
- Excellent communication skills
- Persusaive, engaging, motivating
