This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the CRM strategy for Coast, in order to engage and communicate effectively with new and existing customers. Reporting to the Head of Digital, the CRM Manager will play a key role in developing a customer-centric culture across the business.

Job Description

·Develop and implement a CRM strategy

·Monthly reporting on CRM KPIs for the Board and Exec team

·Establish a high quality of data within our databases to enable a single customer view for each contact in order to drive more effective customer interactions

·Ensure data capture methods drive an increase in volume

·Create and continuously review customer journeys, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience

·Ensure all customers receive relevant, consistent communications across all channels

·Ensure the business complies with GDPR legislation

·Deliver business intelligence to help define strategic planning

·Develop and lead customer insight via surveying and focus groups

·Work with 3rd parties to develop and improve links between databases

Person Specification

·Proven experience in a similar CRM role, preferably gained within fashion retail (although this is not essential)

·Able to provide examples of making a positive impact on an organisation’s CRM output

·Knowledge and experience of maximizing the use of CRM systems and databases

·Able to demonstrate experience of database management, customer segmentation and data cleansing

·Good knowledge of data protection policy and regulations

·Experience of developing customer retention strategies

·Performance driven and customer focused
