1st/2nd Line Engineer – Active Directory / Office 365 / Windows

One of our clients, based in Watford are looking to recruit an 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Engineer and they are offering a starting salary from £23,000 to £26,000 the right candidate plus benefits.

Our client is looking for an energetic 1st/2nd Line Engineer to join a small team providing 1st to 2nd line support to around 300 users.

Key responsibilities will include:

* To provide 1st line, 2nd line and desktop support
* Answering the telephone and replying to email requests
* Ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA
* Ensuring all incidents and requests are entered into the service desk ticketing system
* Creating and managing user accounts using Active Directory
* Ensuring all company IT asset information is updated on the CMDBA

To be considered for this role the successful Analyst will need have experience with Active Directory, Windows, VPN, Hardware, and Office 365. There will also be a need to travel every now and again so it’s also important that the suitable candidate has a driving licence.
