My client is looking to hire a technical CRM Manager with immediate effect to be based out of its London office.
Ideally we are looking for Systems Specialist, who’s overseeing our Salesforce efforts.

We are a very data-driven organisation and so the ideal candidate will possess a technical edge:

Being fluent in Salesforce administration, data analysis and development, business intelligence concepts, and statistical techniques. In addition, advanced Excel skills are required, together with
strong PowerPoint presentation skills
Experience in Financial Services / Asset Management.

Your primary responsibilities are centred on data analysis, and Salesforce management and development. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strong capabilities in the
following areas.
Developing new Salesforce capabilities to enable better data
driven decision-making.
Using and integrating financial and operational data analytics to provide insight, critical thinking, and action-oriented direction to the company
Maximising knowledge transfer internally and with our partners, to facilitate fast and lasting dissemination of key lessons and best practices
Building and automating advanced Salesforce
Developing advanced analysis on key Opportunity and Deal data, extracting relevant Salesforce data and manipulating in Excel
Displaying the data analysis in executive-friendly PowerPoint presentations
Developing live data dashboards using data visualisation software, e.g. Power BI
Being able to deal with ad-hoc requests from all of the above mentioned stakeholders on any Salesforce related question
Working closely with the Operations team members, in particular the Operations & Systems Specialist, to realise the above responsibilities
Essential (‘Core’) Competencies
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies, which are considered core for the role.
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder credentials (at a minimum Salesforce Admin Certified with 5+ years Salesforce experience)
SOQL and SOSL proficiency
Advanced XLS skills (pivot, lookups, index and matching, familiar with VBA and macros)
Strong PPT skills
Strong statistical knowledge
Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau visualisation
Attention to detail
Continuous improvement mindset
Effective communication
Effective meeting management
