Currently recruiting for an exciting credit control position with a multinational company based in Manchester. This role is perfect for someone wanting to work in a hands on role where they can have a real input into the business and drive credit control processes forward. You will have the opportunity to manage junior staff members and improve internal reporting processes. You will be part of a lively team and work in a very friendly environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress further with the business and progress as the company grows.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing a multi million pound ledger and liaising with senior staff members regarding weekly report
Allocating cash to client accounts on a daily basis
Managing a portfolio of key clients on a monthly basis
Dealing with client queries and ensuring all are dealt with in a timely manner
Proactive credit control
Credit risk and credit checking new businesses
Manage junior members of staff and train them on internal processes
Ad Hoc finance Duties
Working to targets & deadlines

Successful Candidate:

Experience in end to end credit control
Experience managing own portfolio of clients and a multi million pound ledger
Experience of creating weekly reports
Experience in cash allocation
Positive and outgoing attitude
