RapidStart Technology are supporting a leading, third party logistics provider based in Suffolk in their search for a IT Support Analyst to join the business on a permanent/ Full time basis.

Experienced in a second line support role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for all departments, and Depots throughout the UK. This can include site installs and site moves.

Experience of fault finding network problems in a WAN environment is required for this role.

The successful candidate will also have responsibility for managing their calls on the Supportworks call management system, and keeping the customer informed of progress.

This is a full time position working 40 hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00. Out of hours cover will also be expected as part of the role which is usually one week in nine.

This position is a good opportunity for someone to become involved in all aspects of IT, and to progress their career in IT Service and Support.
