We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Accountancy sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Payments Administrator to join a highly successful accountancy practice based in Grays.

Payments Administrator’s Core Duties

• Process large volumes of payment data accurately and efficiently
• Preparing weekly payment spreadsheets, reconciling payment data against automatically generated VAT lists.
• Generating and passing transfer schedules to accounts team
• Receiving and processing payment data.
• Generating invoices and summary’s
• Preparing payment lists and BACS files.
• Liaising with clients on all payment related queries.

Payments Administrator’s Key Experience

• Excellent MS Excel Experience
• Experience making payments
• Experience with Sage, not essential
• Experience with making online bacs and FATS payments?
• Experience generating VAT data?
• Do you have experience carrying out invoicing
• Eye for detail
