LOCATION: Bishop's Stortford, Herefordshire

JOB TITLE: Media Campaign Manager

SALARY & BENEFITS: £22,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience), company car, laptop and phone

WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9 – 5.30pm

THE COMPANY: Our client offers a high-quality, relevant, trustworthy, informative and entertaining service to the community of Bishop’s Stortford and the surrounding area. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Media Campaign Manager to join their team.

THE ROLE: Face to face selling of our multi media product portfolio with the main purpose of this role to gain new business with an additional responsibility to service and grow an existing customer base. You will be working closely with the editorial team and will be part of a wider commercial team with offices in Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds.

Key responsibilities for the Media Campaign Manager role is to include:-

Developing a sales activity plan that will exceed the revenue targets and KPIs to include required number of appointments with both new and existing clients
Managing own territory and customers in accordance with performance standards
Following up on identified leads from the CRM
Creating and presenting a media sales proposition that meets the customer’s needs
Creating advertising campaigns that meets the customer’s objectives
Actively reviewing advertising campaigns with the customer on a regular basis

THE CANDIDATE: The successful applicant for the Media Campaign Manager role will need to work accurately, be able to influence and persuade others and have excellent communication skills. You will need to live within a commutable distance to Bishop's Stortford or willing to relocate.

Key skills and experience for the Media Campaign Manager role:-

Sales / account management experience is essential (field sales is desirable)
Marketing experience is desirable
Telesales experience is advantageous
A full UK driving licence
Strong IT skills
