Seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our Delivery Team. With stakeholder management as a priority, you’ll need a balanced, analytical mind that can get the best out of teams and communicate clearly with the business.

Reporting to Head of Delivery, this role requires a strong background in delivering both Technology and Business Programmes. This is a hands-on role and we are looking for a candidate who can manage and run complex programmes as well as lead our Project Management team.

Together with the Head of Delivery the Project Lead will be responsible to create and implement a strategy for the project team that is in line with the wider business goals and the rest of the delivery area.

Responsibilities include:
• Line management of the Project Management team
• End to End Programme Management from Initiation to Implementation for complex programmes
• Understand and incorporate the necessary and relevant compliance and policies relevant to the Betting and Gaming Industry
• Develop together with the Project Managers effective project governance in line with best practise
• Maintain good communications and reporting with all stakeholders
• Together with the Project team develop and maintain a Quarterly Projects Roadmap
• Work collaboratively with the other areas in Delivery (Business Analysts, Account Managers) and the wider Technology department to ensure constant alignment and to meet delivery goals
• Budget Management especially for complex Programmes
• Work with business stakeholders to develop accurate and realistic business cases and proactively manage this throughout the whole project
• Provide visibility to the Head of Delivery of on-going issues, risks and progress
• Ensuring the Project Managers has the tools and training they need to do their work

Experience required:
• Previous experience in similar Leadership roles (managing Programme Managers and Project Managers)
• Significant experience Programme and Project Management experience working on complex Programmes dealing with multiple large scale Projects and Programmes
• Technical project management experience within a software / web development environment
• Proven team management experience
• Agile Project Management qualification, Scrum Master or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience with Agile methodologies in an organisation utilising Scrum and Kanban frameworks for delivery
• Able to use an appropriate delivery methodology as appropriate
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Agile PM certification
• Online Gaming experience
