My client is a well-established, successful law firm who provide a range of legal services to their clients. The firm are now looking for a Credit Hire Fee Earner to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience within RTA Credit Hire Litigation and have experience managing their own caseload. The role will involve a caseload of Litigated Credit Hire files from start to completion and the candidate should be able to work independently. The successful candidate will have excellent Credit Hire knowledge and be proficient with CPR rules and any relevant case law.

The candidate is also expected to have experience using a case management system, have excellent drafting skills and the ability to meet strict court deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Must have at least 12 months’ experience
• Experience in dealing with Credit Hire, Storage and Recovery
• Excellent IT, communication and drafting skills
• Ability to manage own caseload and use case management system

Vacancy Information:
• Location: West Yorkshire
• Salary range (DOE): £25,000 - £35,000
• Job type: Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (full-time)
