Quest Search & Selection is currently partnered with a leading luxury retailer, who are on the search for an exceptional CRM Manager to help deliver an outstanding online customer experience. This is a new position, and a great opportunity for someone to make a real difference in a growing brand.
As CRM manager, you will take ownership of all customer retention activities, with a strong focus on all email activity.
In addition, your position will include:
- The successful delivery of a new CRM strategy, to deliver against customer retention and purchase frequency KPIs
- The continual enhancement and development of a range of retention programmes
- Frequent liaison with store teams
- Reporting weekly and yearly forecasts to the board of directors
- Management of a small, but growing, team
This is an ideal position for someone working at CRM Manager level, who is hungry for the next step. To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A demonstrable track record of delivering in Digital Marketing, ideally within retail or FMCG
- The character that thrives in a fast paced, demanding environments
- Experience managing external agencies
- An entrepreneurial mind set, capable of working independently
