Sales Administrator/Marketing Co-ordinator (German Speaker) required for our global agricultural equipment client.
Working for this global company you will be an integral part of the administration and marketing team.
Duties will include:
1) Order processing2) Contract management3) Dealer management4) Maintenance of the CRM system5) Marketing Co-ordination6) Marketing exhibition organisation7) Despatch of equipment8) Update of marketing collateral9) Invoicing10 Reconciliation of consumables11) Handling of contracts12) Conversing with overseas clients13 General day to day administrationCandidates applying for this role should be fluent in German and French language would also be beneficial. You must be highly organised and have excellent administration skills, high level experience with MS Office is also essential.
It would suit someone who is methodical and someone who is able to work unsupervised in a very busy office.
A business administration degree or experience in a similar position would be beneficial.
