To provide first and second level support for all the enabling systems issues raised by business users as well as perform all the necessary application maintenance activities to ensure high availability and high performance of the systems. ( Kofax/Markview, EIS, Automic Automation )
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level of support and maintenance on enabling applications and resolving issues raised by users (i.e. Enabling Applicaions Kofax/Markview, Automic, EiS, Blackline, Oracle Web Centre ).
Performs continuous monitoring of systems' health (predominantly Enabling services although it can include Oracle Applications R12 as well)
Triggers/performs corrective actions in case of any deviation from normal systems' state is identified (predominantly Enabling services although it can include Oracle Applications as well)
Actively contributes to preventative activities and root cause analysis/resolution
Performs maintenance, administration and configuration of the enabling applications in scope for the team
Provides support to projects within the Centre of Excellence (CoE) when required.
Provides support to projects transitioning to production
Adhere to Global Support Functions IT (GSF IT) policies and standards, follow defined processes
Monitor and maintain their own incident queues
Provides input for internal processes optimizations/improvements
Performs Blackline administration tasks
Responsible for Kofax/Markview Support
Responsible for Automic support
Responsible for EiS functional support and escalation as required.
Responsible to provide on call monitoring & support on critical issues during non business hours.
Responsible for adhoc reporting with SQL and PL/SQL skills at an intermediate level.
Responsible for creating and maintaining process & support documentation of the enabling applications.
Perform regression testing of the enabling applications as required.

Functional Experience
Experience in working with applications like Markview/Kofax, Automic Automation, EiS reports.
Experience in working with Third Party support systems ie Kofax support, EiS or My Oracle Support.
Ability to write SQL queries to review data, ability to read, understand and analyse PL/SQL code, find issues within the code.
Analytical Problem Solving - Able to use systematic approach in solving problems through analysis of problem and evaluation of alternative solutions.
Communication skills - Able to effectively communicate with users. Both written and verbal communication skills
Stakeholder Orientation - able to manage stakeholders' expectations and keep stakeholders informed.
Motivation - Highly motivated individual with desire to learn new applications and improve the support processes and procedures
Systems/Process Orientation - Ability to use systems thinking to anticipate consequences and prevent problems.
Ability to multi tasking and work independently with minimum direction.
Team Player – able to work with people in such a manner as to maintain high morale and group commitments to goals and objectives.
Desired but not essential - Basic Knowledge and understanding of Oracle EBS Applications.
5+ years experience in an IT area
3+ years experience as techno functional support for business critical applications
2+ years experience with Oracle SQL
